About the Bakers

We are a mother-daughter baking team from the western suburbs. We enjoy spending time in the kitchen and deftly turning the radio up/down when the other is not looking. One day while discussing the proliferation of cupcakes, we realized how few good pies are out there. So we decided to make some.

In a short time, we established a division of labor. Mom is head baker and quality control manager; I am CMO, webmaster, sous-chef. We are constantly improving our technique and expanding our network of customers and friends.

We hear you, good people of Chicago. We hear your craving for pie. Let us begin the pastry revolution!
